On New Year’s Eve, raise a glass of Champagne before sitting down to an exceptional dinner created by our Chef and his team. The evening continues with live music in a festive, relaxed atmosphere, all the way to the stroke of midnight…

The next day is all about slowing down. To start the year right, take time to do absolutely nothing: a leisurely gourmet breakfast with no eye on the clock, a moment of bliss at the spa, a few lengths in the heated indoor pool, a stroll along the ocean or among the standing stones… Here, you leave your worries behind and let your New Year’s resolutions wait a little longer. 

Because a new year is meant to be celebrated… and savoured.
